SMALL WONDERS MIRACLE WALK

The 5th Annual Small Wonders Miracle Walk & Silent Auction benefiting Children's Hospital of Illinois Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) was held on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at the RiverPlex in Peoria. Nearly 500 walkers gathered to celebrate, reconnect, and remember all of the families who have received care at Children's Hospital of Illinois Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The walk, organized by NICU graduate families, raises funds for family programming, education classes and activities. The family friendly event included a 3k walk, a silent auction and children's activities including face painting, balloon designs, and much more. This year’s event raised over $28,000.00
